Saint Titus the Wonderworker
Celebration date: 02/04
Saint Titus had a soul with warm love for God and neighbor. As the Lord had said to his disciples, “I am alive to do the will of him who sent me” (John, 4:34), that is, my food is to do the will of Him (God the Father) who sent me , so was the case with the holy Tito. His food was to do in every way the will of the heavenly Father and to use his life for the moral and spiritual edification of his brothers.
When he became a monk, he shone with his friendly behavior, gentleness and mercy. He was a character who knew how to overlook, be long-suffering, tolerate, converse, dispel misunderstandings, quickly gain trust and win the hearts of others. “Thus, he became a highly accepted spiritual leader and many lay people and monks asked to benefit from his company. In fact, God rewarded the purity of his soul and life with the gift of working miracles.
After remaining firm in the faith until the end of his life, he departed to the Lord, leaving behind many imitators.
